Clean/Brush tiles+Vacuuming and Cleaning
Free chemical delivery with cleaning packages
Cleanings charged per visit (plus trip charge)

❄️ Winterization

Remove skimmer baskets, wall fittings, cleaners, solar blankets and ladders
Drain water+Plug all fittings
Blow out all pipes
Winterization of all equipment Cover pool
Above ground closing: $190
In-ground closing: $210
Basic spa closing: $160

🛠️ Equipment Repair/Replacement

Pool and Spa equipment repairs and replacement
Chemicals, filters and accessories replaced or installed
Pump repair
Heater repair
Sand delivery and changes
Tile repair
Lighting repairs and installation
Patching/Repair of liners
And all other services as needed
All service work billed at $120/HR (plus trip charge)

Pricing is per month and does not include trip charge.
Affordable maintenance and service of pools and spas is our specialty. We are the best at what we do BECAUSE IT’S THE ONLY THING WE DO. Please see below for our current rates and service fees.

Amazing company! After suffering thru so many problems with pool service for 20 years, it's heaven having a truly professional, knowledgeable, service-oriented company in this area. Ryan is absolutely the best. HIs most recent service call is a perfect example: I told him I'd try to get home by noon to discuss the problem, help if needed; I was rushing to finish up at work and at 10:30 he called me to say he was finished! Problem solved 2 hr early and I never even needed to be there. THANK YOU RYAN!!!
